FENDI F622R-193 Eyeglasses

Your Prescription:
When you have your eyes tested, your optician is required by law to give you a written copy of
your prescription. Most of the written prescriptions follow a specific format which will look similar to the following: |
 |
| Here you can see that the prescription has a "Right eye" and a "Left eye" and each includes "Sph", "Cyl" and "Axis" with values written in the relevant boxes. You are also required to provide us your PD measure, which is the distance (measured in mm) between the pupils of your eyes when looking far away in the distance, and is normally between 40 and 80. In case you do not have the PD measure, you could either: |
- Ask your eye doctor to take the measurement at the time of your eye examination.
- Call the last place that made your glasses for you and they should be able to tell you what it is.
- Go into any Optical facility and ask them to measure it for you. It will take only seconds to do and they shouldn’t charge you for it.
|
| When you have decided on frame and lens, and you will be asked for your prescription. In doing this, simply enter the correct values including the – and + sign for each box. Please pay particular attention to the "+" and "-" because your lens will be completely incorrect if you make it wrongly. For example if you enter +3.50 instead your prescription says -3.50, your lenses will be for reading rather than distance. The followings show the correct enters according to the above prescription |
